Who are we? Headland Archaeology Ltd was formed in 1996 and is a commercial company committed to serving the construction industry. Our business has gone from strength to strength and today we are one of the fastest growing companies in the archaeological sector. We have offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cork and Galway.

What do we do? We try to balance the commercial side of being an archaeological contractor – offering innovation, quality and service;  with the cultural –  job satisfaction and a progressive working environment. We work with clients on projects of all sizes and have the right people and the resources, including a range of specialist teams, to face every eventuality.  

How do we do it? - through training and investment. We invest in our staff.  We invest in the business. We aim to predict future work and market trends, develop new products and services – all designed to keep on top of the business and focussed on the client’s needs.
