Lindisfarne Castle boat portions, Holy Island, Northumberland

Headland in partnership with the University of St Andrews conducted a specialist archaeological survey and assessment of a 19th century boat portion at Lindisfarne Castle. The National Trust, the owners of the castle, commissioned the survey as part of a conservation, restoration and interpretative initiative at the site.
