Cork Harbour & Youghal Bay, Ireland

Headland provided the heritage section of an Environmental Impact Statement in connection with proposed aggregates extraction sites located in Cork Harbour and Youghal Bay. In addition to the assessment of the extraction sites our remit required the assessment of the wider maritime landscape. The study also included the assessment of marine survey data to identify potential targets of cultural heritage interest that may be  impacted upon by the proposed developments.
