Development and Archaeology in Historic Towns and Cities, Historic Scotland

Headland’s Russel Coleman, in conjunction with Stuart Eydmann of West Lothian Council, were commissioned to produce this Technical Advice publication for Historic Scotland. Aimed primarily at developers, it covers all aspects that affect archaeology within the urban environment. It clarifies the responsibilities of developers, explains the policies and procedures that underpin current practice and identifies sources of help and advice.
